28/2/2012 : We couldn't ask for a better way/chance to introduce our new line up to the headbanging community than this......On June 2nd Verdict Denied got the support slot at the next Sepultura live show in Athens along with Flames and Suicidal Angels.

24/1/2012 : Hello to all Verdict Denied fans and off course happy new year. We are more than happy to announce to you all that the band has a complete line up. We welcome in our realm of madness, our new guitarist Anastasis Kokkinakis and our new bassist Thanasis Sioulas (formerly with Damned Creed and Steamroller Assault). The band at the moment is rehearsing on old and new material. Soon we will hit the stage again.

23/12/2011 : Vinyl out!!! Do you really need any details? I am sure all deranged metalheads out there know what this means. So make space between your Venom or Vendetta and Vicious Rumors records as this beauty is coming your way. Be advised the band owns the first 50 copies.

24/7/2011 : The band parted ways with guitarist Costas. Costas had a heavy schedule as he has serious obligations and involvement with other bands. The decision was mutual. We wish him good luck and we bet he does too.

10/1/2011 : Hello everybody out there. No big news except the fact that we are writing new material, so lots of writing, arranging demo-ing and off course conflicts are taking place in our little studio. Pure excitement is the common feeling among the core writting team of our unit. Expect us to push a little further (or a lot) the envelope with our next release. No compromises, no false musical updating, no jumping in any band wagon. We are the core of metal and any other combination of both terms to describe any genre of extreme music is pointless!

20/12/2010 : Our first official t-shirt is finally out. Expect all you maniacs wannabe fashionistas thrashers to get one and with such a way support the band while looking nice! Small, medium, large and x-large are the sizes a person who calls himself/herself a respectful tech-thrasher can wear. As you see we welcome all!

20/11/2010 : Hello to all our fans out there. We are in the sad state to inform you that we parted ways with our bassist Tassos under mutual decision. The band is on a quest for a new trooper as you may have guessed. We welcome in our little world of madness only able and twisted players.

30/11/2009 : Greetings to you all boys and girls. Long time has passed since our last message through this page and there was a reason for that.
Now we are breaking the silence as we have lots of news to share with you.
First and foremost we are proud-or maybe relieved so to speak-to say that finally we have our debut album out. You can get it from the Metal related music stores or using the mail order service of our label (Secret Port Records).
As you may expect it's time also for us to hit the stage and we will be more than glad to bang our heads with all you crazy fuckers! So may the feast begin! There will be available merchandise and cds to for sale too.
Be advised that we are in the middle of the writing/composing process of the next album. It's an ambitious project that consumes great amounts of energy from each member but all the hard work means nothing as the result is so rewarding.

The time has come for us to hit the stage!!!! Our good buds Innerwish wanted us as support act (along with Dreamweaver) at their Athens live show. We hope to see you all there pounding your fists against the stage and get smashed by us, Innerwish and Dreamweaver!!!!

Location: An Club 13-15 Solomou str. - Athens
Day: May 27th 2007
Doors open: at 19:00 and the event starts at 19:30 by us
Ticket price: 12 euros (if you are a bit anxious and want to secure your presence there in case the show is sold out....for all the fanatics obviously) and 15 euros if you are not capable to get your lazy asses as you are "the very last minute" type of dudes and girls!

15/3/2007 : Hello to all Verdict Denied fans out there!!! We managed to find recently (and we have to thank Sam for this...) a review coming from Metal Maniacs magazine. It's needless to say that it's a great honor to get such a great feedback from the guys there. So click here and read what these guys have to say.
I guess that by now all the regular visitors of this web-site have checked the 2 minute samples of the final mix (and mastering) done by Jeff Waters. I have to say that this gave the band a big push as far as it goes with fame issues and brought a respectful amount of metal fans to our ranks!
We also have to thank the guys in Thrash Unlimited Forum. Things are going faster now. So keep visiting our web page to keep yourselves infromed about anything new.
As far as it goes with the musical side of things all I have to say is that we are writting new material. Things are going really well. We are very excited about it. Verdict Denied is one of the very few examples of bands that consider their drummer as a musician (and not a musician's friend as it should be...hehe). Oh yes, he's writting music!!!! I guess you will get different sides of us in the furure.....
That's all folks....keep your stare TWISTED AND MENACING......and that is all the warning :-)

17/1/2007 : Billy says hi to all Verdict Denied bangers. We wish you all a good year full of prosperity etc. We are proud to announce to all you crazy maniacs that Jeff Waters of Annihilator has mixed and mastered our album to his Watersound Studios in Canada. It would be an understatement to say that the final result kicked our ass!!!! Jeff gave to the whole album such great amounts of power clarity and punch. You can listen to some samples of this final mix here.
Also the official Verdict Denied forum is online as apart of the Thrash Unlimited family . Spend no more time and go register to Thrash Unlimited and show your fanatic obsession towards Verdict Denied. You all probably know that we have a myspace page running...so go check it now!!!! We are waiting for your requests off course. Probably we will accept them :-)

7/8/2006 : Greetings to all the insane headbangers all around the net, that have expressed their obsessed fueled feelings in our guestbook. Your support gives us a huge kick in the ass to carry on this business. The band is working on some new material and we are all really excited about it. As far as it goes with the website there are some exciting reviews for you to check out. It's pretty cool that we gain recognition from magazines such as the Terrorizer UK and the Metal Hammer GR. What can I say? We are really proud.
One more thing for all our mad friends out there plus some soon to be fans of this band. We will announce some great news so keep on visiting this web site. 8/3/2006 : Hello everybody, Billy's speaking! As you may have seen there are some new stuff on this website such as a guestbook for anyone who wants to express his devotion, obsession and unconditional love towards the band :-) through mad postings, and some new information concerning the band members (bio section). I am sure you all want to learn more for us because of the obsession I mentioned above :-) . There is also a new section which we will use to post all the reviews we are gonna get from magazines , fanzines and e-zines. When we will gather a few, you'll see. Enough of that (the website).
The band is about to play live, real soon, with Station Eleven and Tardyve Dyskinesia. Soon enough there will be a new post in the gigs section with any necessary information. The only thing I can say is, that it's gonna take place on April 2nd at AN club. As we speak we are in the process of writing and rehearsing some new material which sounds to our ears very promising and we're all very excited.

26/1/2006 : Hello everybody once again. I wish you all a happy new year, and apologize for not doing it in time. Let me inform you about the latest news. The band is about to play a concert on 19/2/06 at Fakanas musician's institute. Deception is going to participate too plus one more band to be announced. I will keep you up to date with some more information about the price of the ticket and the time the event starts. In the near the future this web site is about to change as far it concerns the design. We are going to add a guestbook for all you psycho headbangers to make your posts about your insane devotion towards the band. Hope to witness some dementia in this section of the website from you all. 28/11/2005 : Hello again, Billy here. We are proud to inform you that we are gonna perform live on December 3rd at the city of Megara supporting the metal legends Anvil. Sorrowful Winds are going to play too. Hope to meet many lunatic metal heads and we'll be more than happy to provide them with some machine gun riffing. See ya on stage.

14/11/2005 : Hello everybody,Billy is here, the band is back alive and kicking. We stayed away from the public for quite a long. Cozzy and Gus started a side project called "Double Square" and me and Jim began writing some new material. I spent the last 2 years practicing to master the instrument. I still struggle to play the thing. We have recorded 8 tracks and we spent a whole summer for the mixing and mastering process. At last we have in our hands material that makes us proud which is worth of our efforts. As you can guess we are in a quest for a label to make a deal. "94X1 VAIN", "FAKE ALIBIES", "THE LAST ACT" are among the songs that we have recorded, all of them in a way better form. You can download some new material from this web site. We are looking forward for some feedback from all of you headbangers around the net. The band recently played live a half hour set supporting Paul Dianno (vocalist of Iron Maiden on their debut and "Killers"). We got some great feedback from everybody who attended the show. 1/5/2003 : The band is going to make a gig on Friday 2/5 in ΙΔΡΥΜΑ ΜΕΙΖΩΝΟΣ ΕΛΛΗΝΙΣΜΟΥ (Peiraios str.254 at Tavros, the entrance for the event is behind the venue at Themidos str. 18) for an exhibition/event of the MANOS BACKLINE SERVICES. M.B.S. will present all it's arsenal of sound and music gear to the public. FREE ENTRANCE FOR EVERYBODY. The event starts at 11:00 and ends at 23:00. The band will perform sometime between 21:30 and 22:00. See you all there!!!
