VERDICT DENIED is a metal band influenced mostly by the progressive-thrash metal movement. Founded in the mid 90's as Verdict, started rehearsing covers and some original material. In 1997 the band recorded a demo of 6 tracks which received great reviews by the heavy metal press and gained some cult following. After some line up changes necessary for the band's progress in 2000 a 3 songs demo was recorded and a 5 songs demo in 2003. All of them for pre-production and arranging purposes. After gathering budget to buy equipment and get to a recording studio VERDICT DENIED recorded 8 songs (total time: 50 minutes approx.).
This album got released on November of 2009 and it is entitled "Condamned" (Secret Port Records)
